How It Works

You, your family and even your business can sign up for coverage:
  • No “pre-existing condition” clause.
  • No co-pay. You can go to the doctor as needed, with one low monthly payment.
  • No deductible. You simply go see your doctor when necessary.
  • At last you and your doctor can be health care partners.

Affordable Healthcare in Four Easy Steps:
  1. Compare membership plans.
    If you have questions regarding coverage, please call the physician group directly or view their Member Services Guide under their plan. (You’ll find contact information for each physician group on the “Contact Us“ and on our “Customer Care” page.)
  2. Complete online paperwork (by/on the 25th of each month to participate in the following month).
    First, you’ll select your plan..
    Next, you’ll simply create an account with On Stage Health to begin the payment process.
    Finally, you’ll be sent a Membership Form.  After you fill it out, simply return it to us and the process is complete.  You may also call us and we can complete the process with you by telephone.
  3. It’s that easy to have affordable primary health care and your coverage begins on the first day of the month following your enrollment! If you have questions about the process, email us at info@OnStageHealth.com or call us at 509.475.6237.
  4. Begin the payment process (a one-time $15 sign up fee + the monthly fee).
    You will pay the one-time registration fee when you sign up for membership.  Each month your credit card or your checking account will be debited for the monthly membership fee.
  5. Coverage, just like that.
    Just call your selected physician group and make your appointment. It’s that easy. We recommend that you make an appointment with your physician right away if you are not already established with the practice.

Cancellation basics:
  • You may send an email to cancel@OnStageHealth.com or write us at On Stage Health, 2910 E. 57th Street, Suite 5 #105, Spokane, WA  99223. 
  • Let us know the effective date on which you would like your membership cancelled.  
  • We will cancel your membership with your physician group and refund any pro-rated amount to you by check within 10 days.
    If you choose to change your doctor group, that is not considered a cancellation.

  • You need to know:
    Yes, you can sign up again for On Stage Health. The processing fee is two payments of membership or the requirement of the physician group plus the membership fee for the following month.
